You'll Surely Love Coffee

Coffee. A brewed beverage prepared from a roasted or baked seeds of several species of an evergreen shrub of the genus Coffea, (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffee)  

Whatever it is defined.

 But for me, Coffee is defined as fondness.  I found the love of coffee when I was first introduce on how to right blend a pure black coffee. At first, I always have the sourest taste and always get frustrated and cried because no one wants to drink my coffee.

The smell of a pure black coffee always sends shivers down my spine. The aroma of it makes me say how heavenly it is to imbibe its bittersweet taste. 

People say that coffee is not healthy. Yes. It's not healthy if you consume for like 10 cups a day. In that case, I assure you too much coffee could kill you.

But in fact, coffee is literally healthy. It is full of antioxidants and provides favorable nutrients to improve health.

1. Coffee Can Improve Energy Levels and Make You Smarter. 
  It helps people less tired and increased energy levels. Coffee contains a stimulant called caffeine, the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world.
Caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain, which leads to a stimulant effect. This improves energy levels, mood and various aspects of brain function.

This is true but the effect is small and usually goes away if you drink coffee regularly. The studies do not support the myth that coffee raises the risk of heart disease. 

12. Coffee May help You Live Longer. Given that coffee drinkers are less likely to get many diseases, it makes sense that coffee could help you live longer. Several studies show that coffee drinkers live longer and have a lower risk of premature death.

13. Coffee is the Biggest Source of Antioxidants in the Western Diet. Coffee may be actually the healthiest aspect of the diet. That's because coffee contains a massive amount of antioxidants.
